Scripture: “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” Psalm 91:2 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my refuge and fortress. I place my full trust in You today. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Self-Check): Do I fully trust God as my refuge, or do I run to other things?

Application / Coping Skill: Repeat Psalm 91:2 three times today as a declaration of trust.

Closing: The Lord is my refuge and fortress—in Him I trust.
