Scripture: “The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.” Psalm 9:9 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my refuge when life feels overwhelming. Shelter me under Your wings and remind me that I am safe in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Encouragement + Prompt): When life feels heavy, do I run to God as my refuge or try to manage on my own?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down one trouble you’re facing and pray Psalm 9:9 over it.

Closing: The Lord is my refuge and safe place.
