Scripture: “You are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory.” Psalm 32:7 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my hiding place. Cover me in Your presence and protect me from harm. Surround me with songs of deliverance and victory. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Journal Prompt): Where do I need to hide myself in God instead of in distractions or fear?

Application / Coping Skill: When you feel stressed today, pause and say: “You are my hiding place, Lord.”

Closing: I will hide in the Lord and be surrounded by His songs of victory.
