Scripture: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my light and my salvation. When darkness surrounds me, You shine brightly. Take away fear from my heart and replace it with courage that comes from Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Self-Check): Am I living in the courage that comes from God’s light, or am I still afraid of the dark places in life?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down one fear and declare over it: “The Lord is my light and salvation.”

Closing: I will not fear, for the Lord is my light and salvation.
