Scripture: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; He rescues those whose spirits are crushed.” Psalm 34:18 (NLT).

Prayer: Father, thank You for being near to me when my heart feels heavy. You see my tears and hear my cries. Thank You for rescuing me from despair and holding me in Your love. Restore my hope and bring healing to the broken places within me. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Encouragement + Prompt): When I feel brokenhearted, how can I remember God’s nearness instead of feeling abandoned?

Application / Coping Skill: Write a short prayer of surrender about something that still hurts and ask God for His comfort.

Closing: The Lord is near to my broken heart and will rescue me.
