January 12 – Cast Your Cares

Scripture: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for caring about every detail of my life. I give You my worries, my burdens, and my fears. Help me to let go instead of holding on tightly. Replace my anxiety with Your peace and remind me that I am never alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Therapist Dialogue): What anxieties am I holding onto that I could release to God instead of carrying on my own?

Application / Coping Skill: When a worry comes today, breathe deeply and say: “Lord, this belongs to You.”

Closing: I will cast my cares on the Lord, for He cares for me.
