Scripture: “The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in Him.” Nahum 1:7 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my safe refuge. In times of trouble, I run to You. Remind me that I am never alone and that You are close when I call. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Journal Prompt): When trouble comes, do I seek God first as my refuge, or do I turn to other things?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down one burden today and give it fully to God in prayer.

Closing: The Lord is my refuge and my stronghold.
