Scripture: “Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for Him to act.” Psalm 37:7 (NLT).

Prayer: Father, teach me patience when I want to rush ahead. Remind me that waiting on You is never wasted time. Help me to trust Your plan, even when I cannot see what You are doing. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Encouragement + Prompt): Where do I need to slow down and wait patiently for the Lord?

Application / Coping Skill: When you feel rushed today, pause and whisper: “Lord, I will wait on You.”

Closing: I will wait patiently for the Lord, trusting His timing.
