Scripture: “The Lord is my strength and my song; He has given me victory.” Exodus 15:2 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my strength when I am weak and my song when I am weary. Remind me that victory comes from You alone. Teach me to sing praises even before the battle is won. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Journal Prompt): Where has God already given me victory that I should be singing about?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down a praise statement about one area of victory in your life.

Closing: The Lord is my strength and my song—my victory comes from Him.
