Scripture: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my light when darkness surrounds me. Shine brightly on my path and take away all fear. Strengthen me with courage to follow where You lead. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Self-Check): Am I letting fear cloud my steps instead of trusting God’s light?

Application / Coping Skill: Each time fear arises today, whisper: “The Lord is my light and salvation.”

Closing: I will not fear, for God’s light guides me.
