Scripture: “The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Savior.” Psalm 18:2 (NLT).

Prayer: Father, thank You for being my rock when everything feels unstable. You are my fortress and my refuge. Remind me that no storm can shake me when I am standing on You. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Encouragement + Prompt): Where in my life do I need to anchor myself more firmly in God as my Rock?

Application / Coping Skill: Write “The Lord is my Rock” somewhere you can see it today.

Closing: I stand firm because the Lord is my Rock.
