Scripture: “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.” Psalm 30:5 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for the promise that sorrow is not forever. Help me to hold onto hope when the night feels long. Remind me that joy is coming because of Your goodness. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Journal Prompt): What season of weeping am I walking through, and how can I look forward to God’s joy?

Application / Coping Skill: Each morning this week, declare: “Joy is coming in my life.”

Closing: My weeping will end—joy comes in the morning.
