January 14 – Through the Valley

Scripture: “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.” Psalm 23:4 (NLT).

Prayer: Father, even in the darkest valleys of life, I will not be afraid because You are with me. Hold me close when shadows fall and remind me that You are my guide. Your rod and staff protect me and comfort me. I am never alone, even in the hardest places. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Encouragement + Prompt): Where do I feel like I’m in a valley right now, and how can I trust God’s presence to carry me through?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down your current valley and then write over it: “God is with me here.”

Closing: I will not fear the valley, for the Lord walks beside me.
