Scripture: “The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust Him with all my heart.” Psalm 28:7 (NLT).

Prayer: Lord, You are my shield against every attack of fear and discouragement. You are my strength when I am weak and my protector when I feel vulnerable. Help me to trust You with all my heart, knowing You never fail. Thank You for defending me and carrying me through battles. In Jesus’ name, Amen and thank God.

Reflection (Journal Prompt): In what ways has God already been my shield, and how does remembering this give me courage today?

Application / Coping Skill: Write down three times in your life God has been your strength. Keep the list as a reminder.

Closing: I will trust in the Lord with all my heart, for He is my strength and shield.
